Nine years in. Still building.
I started my career at CBRE Mumbai where I spent two years understanding how large real estate organisations think about marketing. Then moved to The Times of India, Pune for a year and a half before going independent as a freelance digital marketer.
In 2020, I turned that freelance practice into a full-fledged agency: TechySharks, specialising exclusively in real estate digital marketing. What started as one person and a few clients has grown into a team that manages ₹23 Crore of annual ad spend and has helped sell over ₹600 Crore of real estate inventory.
On the training side, I have trained over 7,000 entrepreneurs across various aspects of digital marketing, of which 2,300+ are realtors and real estate marketers. I operate across all major metro, Tier 1, and Tier 2 cities in India. Internationally, I work in Dubai, the Gulf, Thailand, and Singapore.
